Our vision is that Manitou Springs sustains a community that ensures people and bears safely and respectfully coexist.  "We are a group of concerned citizens who have been joined by Wildlife Officer Cody Wigner with Colorado Parks and Wildlife as well as members of the Manitou Springs Police Department, Officer Dylan Settle, and anyone with an interest in protecting bears and people."
